This role is central to shaping our continuity program and supplier resiliency fostering a robust culture in Fund Ecosystem.
In this function you will be a part of a global team focused on evolving our resiliency practices in coordination with our Global Enterprise Partners.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an influential individual contributor who thrives in complexity builds strong partnerships and brings clarity and structure to evolving environments.
What You will Do
Drive our Resiliency Strategy: Maintain and evolve the resiliency practices namely continuity planning ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regional/business needs.
Facilitate and oversee business continuity and cyber recovery plans including annual certification and testing.
Lead efficiency and effectiveness of continuity efforts set measurable goals and identify emerging issues.
Manage lifecycle planning business impact analysis and long-term strategies; consult with senior management.
Monitor compliance and report on readiness risk exposure and exercise results to leadership.
Work directly with the Senior Continuity Specialist to develop and disseminate standards training and approved contingency planning tools.
What We Are Looking For
Continuity management expertiseand understanding of Essential and Interim Business Solutions. Certifications such as CBCP MBCP ABCP CISA CISSP or progress toward certification are a plus.
Strongrelationship managementand influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability toanalyze dataand translate it into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Familiarity withArcheror similar GRC tools is a plus.
Proven ability to lead throughambiguityand drive clarity in evolving environments.
