Job Description – Program Manager (PAD Development & Support)
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage PAD development and operations
support work. The role requires strong experience in handling operations support programs client
management and performance governance through KPIs and processes. The candidate will act as
a key liaison between clients delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end PAD development and support programs
Oversee operations support delivery ensuring SLAs and quality targets are met
Own and track KPIs metrics and performance dashboards
Drive process adherence improvements and operational excellence
Act as primary point of contact for client communication and governance
Handle escalations risks and issue resolution proactively
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery and transitions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency optimization
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in operations support management
Proven client management and stakeholder communication skills
Solid understanding of KPIs metrics and operational processes
Experience managing programs/projects with multiple workstreams
Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
Added Advantage (Good to Have)
LS (Life Sciences) domain knowledge or
Finance domain knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering Management or related field preferred)
Program or Project Management experience is mandatory
