Job Summary
Provides leadership and direction for the Engineering staff to meet the demands of the business.
Manages development and execution task-based assignments or projects in the order which received and/or based on criticality.
Collaborates with multiple departments for new infrastructure builds and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
Communicates direction on designing and implementing new solutions.
Advises with managers status updates issues and/or concerns.
Will assist in maintaining and updating documentation.
Administers onsite and remote assistance as needed.
Plans daily stand-ups backlogs sessions.
Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering.
