SGX Group (Singapore Exchange) aims to be the worlds most trusted and efficient international marketplace operating equity fixed income currency and commodity markets to the highest regulatory standards. As we expand our global footprint we are looking for a passionate and driven intern to join our Marketing & Communicationsteam and help promote SGX Group across dynamic global financial markets.

The successful candidate will be part of the Marketing & Digital Engagement team which oversees the companys marketing activities and digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to drive marketing excellence by contributing to strategic campaigns brand development and stakeholder addition the intern will gain exposure to marketing data analytics and insights optimising marketing effectiveness across SGX Groups diverse business areas.

Job Description

As an intern in the Marketing & Communications unit youll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of capital markets marketing. Working alongside experienced professionals youll support strategic initiatives that promote SGX Groups brand and business across global financial markets.

Youll be involved in a variety of projectsfrom product launches and listing ceremonies to pitch-books video content social media posts and marketing copy. Youll also gain exposure to marketing data analytics learning how campaign performance is tracked analysed and used to inform strategy and optimise future efforts.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing in the financial industry eager to contribute meaningfully to digital engagement and brand-building. Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and make an impact in Asias most international exchange.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team managing timelines and meeting project milestones
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholder groups
Motivated detail-oriented and able to operate with a sense of urgency
Willingness to work outside core office hours during events when needed
Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency an added advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Outlook)
Proficiency in Creative software (e.g. Canva Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Movavi) is a major advantage
Digitally savvy daily user of the Internet and social media platforms on both desktop and mobile
Understanding of marketing or business analytics and ability to interpret performance metrics
