Job Summary

This position supports a federally funded mixed-methods study evaluating the implementation of nationwide policy changes regarding medication for opioid use disorder in veterans. The study integrates quantitative data from the VA electronic medical record qualitative interviews with patients and providers and input from a multidisciplinary community stakeholder group. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of study procedures and communication across multiple sites. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Principal Investigator (PI) and research assistants/support staff oversees participant recruitment and scheduling and conducts qualitative interviews. They independently manage key aspects of data handling including cleaning coding and preliminary analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data and contribute to interpretation of findings. The role also includes leading coordination of communication and logistics with community stakeholder groups external sites and the broader study team. The Project Manager prepares and submits IRB materials maintains regulatory documentation and supports the development of progress reports and dissemination activities including manuscripts and presentations.
