This role is designed to drive enterprise-level journey orchestration across multiple channels and platforms supporting strategic initiatives led by senior product leadership. It is execution-focused without direct people management budget ownership or roadmap approval responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand support across diverse channels cross-functional teams and platforms.
- Lead strategic initiatives by leveraging expertise in the consumer lifecycle to enable organizational transformation.
- Plan and execute enterprise journey orchestration strategies across commercial and transactional email channels.
- Design build and optimize lifecycle journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Target and comparable platforms.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to assess journey performance and delivery health.
- Identify opportunities for testing optimization and incremental personalization.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing personalization or journey orchestration.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong execution skills with a focus on enterprise strategy delivery.
