Job Description:

SR. MANAGER SMS & S2C TRANSFORMATION

Contract: Full Time Hybrid

Location: Prague Czech Republic or Bogota Colombia

Overall Purpose of this role:

The Senior Manager SMS & S2C Transformation will lead strategic projects and play a critical role in driving transformational initiatives aimed at optimizing our end-to-end global procurement processes. They will collaborate across the enterprise function and external teams (as needed) to successfully deliver complex projects within their domain.

They will be responsible for program/project leadership and delivering results in alignment with program/project goals Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Return on Investment (ROI) expectations. They will collaborate with change management training technology partners and subject matter experts extensively and manage resources as required based on the program needs. They will ensure that technology investments align with business requirements and deliver measurable value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and be responsible for strategic projects aimed at improving the efficiency effectiveness and scalability of our procurement processes.

  • Manage project charters plans and timelines and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams driving a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Ensure successful adoption of process/technology improvements and organizational changes in collaboration with change management teams.

  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate project objectives benefits and impacts and solicit input and feedback as needed.

  • Provide coaching and support to teams affected by process/technology changes addressing concerns and facilitating training and development opportunities.

  • Partner with IT and solution providers to implement technology solutions that support procurement process optimization.

  • Drive system enhancements configurations and integrations to enable automation data analytics and real-time visibility across the procurement lifecycle.

  • Collaborates with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organizations profitability and competitive position utilizing market intelligence risk assessments and total cost projections.

  • Drives continuous improvements in user experience effectiveness and efficiency in assigned area of responsibility.

  • Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.

  • Creates Value by developing strong value-added working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers with a view to pro-actively understand and constructively influence their needs and expectations.

  • Integrates Johnson & Johnsons Credo and CEO Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions

Experience Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of Procurement Finance or other relevant business experience.

  • Prior experience of leading in sophisticated matrixed structure and handling key stakeholders internally and externally in a service delivery environment.

  • Strategic mindset. Disciplined data-oriented thinking to be able plan for long term.

  • Collaboration Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive representative professional of overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside.

  • Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop the collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.

  • Learning Agility & Openness to Change. Comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Proficiency in English (written and oral) is required.

  • Good understanding of Procurement processes and operations at a high level is preferred.

  • Experience in one or more Procurement Functional domains: Sourcing incl. negotiation of commercial and non-commercial terms Category management R2P or Accounts Payable.

  • Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
