Inclusive Learning Specialist (Full-Time Opportunity)
Are you passionate about helping students succeed and making a meaningful impact in education We are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and support students with diverse learning needs throughout the academic year.

What Youll Do:
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through data-driven practices
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student goals.
- Participate in evaluations team meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
- Partner with general education teachers to promote inclusive classroom strategies.
- Create implement and manage compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
- Completion of a recognized Special Education preparation program.
- Strong understanding of IDEA guidelines and IEP development.
- Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certification (P12) or eligibility to obtain.
- Successful completion of required Washington state certification exams (e.g. WEST-E or equivalent).
