Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Core roles collections and Jinja2 templating.
- Administer and manage Ansible Automation Platform (AWX/Tower) including upgrades workflows and RBAC.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Git code reviews linting and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and support Linux systems including administration networking basics and security.
- Work with container technologies such as Docker/Podman and handle execution environments and image management.
- Integrate automation solutions with tools like CyberArk cloud platforms and ITSM systems.
- Develop reusable modules and collections (Python knowledge is a plus).
- Ensure secure automation practices including least privilege secrets management and compliance.
- 4-7 years of experience in automation engineering DevOps or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Core and Automation Platform (AWX/Tower).
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
- Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with container technologies (Docker/Podman).
- Exposure to integrations with CyberArk cloud providers or ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with Python for automation and module development (preferred).
- Knowledge of security best practices such as RBAC secrets management and compliance automation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared solutions.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance overall team capability.
