As a Network Registration and BIN File Oversight - Client Operations Associate within the Chase Global Card Operations team you will play a key role in safeguarding our Merchant Services business and supporting our clients success. You will lead initiatives to improve operational processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and mandates. You will also have end-to-end responsibility for identification and mitigation of process gaps related to mandated policies and procedures. You will help ensure our clients meet the highest standards directly contributing to the firms reputation and the broader financial community.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
- Strong and effective skills in problem solving analytical reasoning and balancing multiple tasks
- Expertise in collating reporting and reconciling large data sets
- General understanding of Merchant Services compliance quality operations legal and risk
- Strong customer/client focus while ensuring a sound control environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate documentation
- Ability to successfully prioritize multiple complex deliverables
- Ability to monitor and analyze performance data both in real time and on a cumulative basis and make appropriate recommendations to ensure success
- Ability to articulate the impact of risks and issues on the business function
