JOB SUMMARY
The Flex Manager Talent Acquisition COE & Sourcing Partner supports the Director Luxury TA and COE Partnerships in advancing strategic talent priorities across the organization. This role blends hands on sourcing and pipeline development with project coordination data analysis and COE enablement to strengthen enterprise wide talent acquisition capabilities. The position plays a role in developing and maintaining TA Center of Excellence tools frameworks and guidance while also contributing to executive level presentations and leadership forums. The role supports the design and execution of targeted sourcing strategies conducts talent mapping and market research and executes direct sourcing to build high quality pipelines for priority roles. With a strong focus on continuous improvement this role applies a curious and growth oriented mindset to identify opportunities to enhance sourcing approaches tools workflows and overall TA effectiveness while supporting the testing and rollout of new ideas across the TA organization.
