Your Activities
- Welcome clients visitors and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails redirecting inquiries appropriately.
- Support business daily operations and marketing/web initiatives.
- Oversee meeting rooms and ensure they are properly prepared cleaned and organized.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail couriers and deliveries.
- Ensure reception and common areas are always tidy and presentable.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist Front Desk Office Assistant) is preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level intermediate (B1 level) in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).
