Key Responsibilities:

• Welisten to gather and translatecustomer and market needs into clear product and supply decisions.
• Webuild update and communicateproduct plans (PSRs) so everyone stays aligned.
• Weanalyze risks rank priorities and trackwork across multiple projects.
• Weset measure and reviewgoals related to reliability cost inventory and financial results.
• Wepartner prepare and coordinatewith Operations and R&D to support new product launches exciting moments for our team!
• Weidentifytest andimplementimprovements in manufacturability and production processes.
• Wemonitorevaluate andstrengthencost quality service levels and compliance.
• Wereviewcompare andapprovecapital investments based on real need and impact.
• Weorganizeconnect andsupportsupply chain projects including digital tools and data systems.
• Weassessforecast andmitigatesupplyrelated risks to protect product availability.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree and/or University degree is required: MBA or Masters degree is preferred

Required:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience is required as well as 5 yearsleading or coordinatingcrossfunctional work.
• Experienceworking inmanufacturing supply chain engineering or similar fields.
• Direct experienceoperating ina healthcare manufacturing environment.
• Ability tointerpretfinancial drivers such as COGS and P&L elements.
• Familiarity with production planning inventory management and NPI processes.
• Comfortableworking acrossglobal teams and complex structures.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
