We are seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to support Power Delivery operations in Raleigh NC.
Position Summary
Troubleshoot service repair and maintain company equipment and fleet assets including vehicles trailers aerial equipment and heavy machinery. This role supports safe and efficient operations by ensuring all equipment is maintained to company and project standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance diagnostics and repairs on fleet and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic A/C gasoline and diesel systems
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete work in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accountability for tools equipment and materials
- Report to and assist supervisor as needed
- Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment
- Support shop and occasional field/mobile repair work including travel as required
- Work overtime as needed based on operational demands
- Collaborate with team members and work independently with minimal supervision
Work Environment & Conditions
- Shop-based with occasional field work
- Exposure to outdoor conditions including heat cold humidity and rain
- Work on uneven terrain confined spaces and varying elevations
- Exposure to noise machinery and potential chemical substances
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience in automotive truck or heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical vocational or trade school training in automotive or heavy equipment
- ASE and/or Fluid Power Society certifications
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation
- Must comply with all job site safety requirements (PPE client-specific policies etc.)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Travel including overnight and out-of-state may be required
