With several locations across MS AL LA FL and TX LMC performs service and repairs both on-site and in the field in addition to the sales leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment.

Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 7 years but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom weve partnered. As we continue to grow we are looking for High-energy self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner. Due to our tremendous growth in 2022 we are looking to add new technicians.

Requirements

Diagnosis and repair electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues with machinery

Read and understand machine schematics

Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion

Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol

Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance.

Requirements

Must possess your own tools

Must have full understanding of all shop safety requirements per OSHA and state regulations

Must have at least 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience

Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Physical:

Ability to see in full range color

Ability to kneel climb bend twist lift and squat to service equipment

Ability to lift push and pull up to 50lbs

Must be able to work in any weather environment

Must be able to safely operate in around under and on top of equipment
