Job Summary
People is looking for Quality Assurance Managerwho will be the guardian of our manufacturing excellence. Will lead THE QA/QC strategies while ensuring our systems meet the highest global standards for compliance and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standards & Compliance: Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications and other global packaging standards.
- Quality Auditing: Execute rigorous internal and external Quality Management Audits to ensure 100% compliance across all manufacturing processes.
- Process Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end quality of printing and packaging materials ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising Maksons signature quality.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize SAP/ERP and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track quality KPIs analyze defect trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize workflows and maintain seamless supply security for top-tier global clients.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 5 years in Quality Assurance/Management specifically within packaging printing or high-volume manufacturing.
- Technical Education: Minimum DAE in Printing and Graphic Arts; a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality Management is highly preferred.
- Certification Expertise: Proven track record in managing ISO Certification lifecycles and conducting professional Quality Audits.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems is required; expertise in BI tools is a significant asset.
- Mindset: A passion for innovation a continuous improvement attitude and the ability to lead a high-performance QA team.
