Job Summary
MOVE Your Business is proud to represent our client a digital marketing agency that helps small businesses boost online visibility and generate leads through strategic SEO Google Business Profile optimization and content improvement.
On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our clients transition to an audit-based service model. This role focuses on client websites Google Business Profiles and social media content playing a key part in generating audits managing content and providing insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Analysis
- Execute ChatGPT scripts to generate comprehensive audits for new clients covering their websites Google Business Profiles and social media presence.
- Analyze audit results to identify business opportunities client niches and competitor insights.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create and schedule content for social media blogs and Google Business Profiles.
- Review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy clarity and engagement.
- Platform Expertise & Adaptation
- Leverage expertise in Wix websites to implement content and recommendations.
- Learn and adapt to new platforms such as WordPress Divi and Elementor as needed.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all audits and content meet high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across client platforms.
- Reporting & Insights
- Provide actionable recommendations based on audit findings.
- Highlight areas for client growth and competitive advantage.
- Adhoc & Support Tasks
- Assist with special projects related to audits content or client strategy.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the team and improve workflow efficiency.
- Help with research documentation or system updates to optimize processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO and content creation.
- Proven expertise in Wix websites (mandatory).
- Strong command of English for reviewing and refining content.
- Proficiency in ChatGPT scripts and AI-assisted content generation.
- Ability to interpret audit data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently in a flexible workload-based role.
- Openness to learning new platforms such as WordPress Divi and Elementor is a plus.
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g. Social Security Number Social Insurance Number or the countrys equivalent) is required before onboarding.
Working Structure and Schedule:
- Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- Workload-based role: No meetings call handling or calendar management required.
- Audit tasks typically have a 5-day completion window.

Pay: $900 $55 Allowance per month
