This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly into senior manufacturing leadershipdesigned for a leader who doesnt just manage maintenance but transforms reliability culture asset performance and operational outcomes.

What Youll Own:

You will lead the shift from reactive maintenance to a fully embedded reliability-centered model including:

  • Building and scaling Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) frameworks
  • Leading FMEA RCA and asset criticality analysis across large-scale operations
  • Driving predictive & condition-based maintenance strategies
  • Owning KPIs such as MTBF MTTR uptime and PM compliance
  • Identifying and eliminating chronic equipment failures
  • Optimizing asset lifecycle cost and performance
  • Partnering with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement at scale
  • Embedding a data-driven reliability culture across the organization

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 10 years in manufacturing environments (heavy industrial preferred)
  • 5 years in maintenance/reliability leadership
  • Deep expertise in:
    • RCM / FMEA / RCA
    • Predictive & preventive maintenance
    • CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance strategies
  • Proven success improving equipment uptime reliability and operational efficiency
  • Strong ability to influence across shop floor engineering and executive leadership
