This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly into senior manufacturing leadershipdesigned for a leader who doesnt just manage maintenance but transforms reliability culture asset performance and operational outcomes.
If youve built reliability programs driven measurable uptime improvements and thrive in complex high-throughput environmentsthis is your platform.
What Youll Own:
You will lead the shift from reactive maintenance to a fully embedded reliability-centered model including:
- Building and scaling Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) frameworks
- Leading FMEA RCA and asset criticality analysis across large-scale operations
- Driving predictive & condition-based maintenance strategies
- Owning KPIs such as MTBF MTTR uptime and PM compliance
- Identifying and eliminating chronic equipment failures
- Optimizing asset lifecycle cost and performance
- Partnering with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement at scale
- Embedding a data-driven reliability culture across the organization
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 10 years in manufacturing environments (heavy industrial preferred)
- 5 years in maintenance/reliability leadership
- Deep expertise in:
- RCM / FMEA / RCA
- Predictive & preventive maintenance
- CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance strategies
- Proven success improving equipment uptime reliability and operational efficiency
- Strong ability to influence across shop floor engineering and executive leadership
