We are looking for a Change Management candidate for finance integration and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic professional with a firm understanding of finance processes systems and operating models.
The change manager role requires good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain business relationships. You can stand your ground and know how to manoeuvre across the organisation as you adapt the way to pitch the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs.
You must be resilient and able to manage a variety of stakeholders create transparency listen and find ways to guide and accommodate project stakeholders in the change process. This means you should be able to sell and facilitate the change management approach and be prepared to adjust the pitch and ambition level accordingly explains Kira.

The candidate should ideally bring hands-on experience supporting ERP-driven finance transformations mergers and integrations working closely with Finance IT and business stakeholders to ensure that new processes and systems are not only delivered but successfully embedded into day-to-day operations.
