Description of Work
Were seeking a skilled Program Control Analyst (Business Systems Analyst II) to join our team. A successful Program Control Analyst uses financial information to study analyze and monitor enterprise performance and provides insight into the NC Community College System to enable fact-based decisions. This role plans documents coordinates communicates operates and maintains functional and technical processes for the Technology Services Division for the NC Community College System Office. This position ensures operational procedural and regulatory requirements are met and align with strategic plans technology road maps and project management. Our office is in downtown Raleigh NC. Travel is typically limited to periodic professional knowledge/skill development and conference attendance.

Bachelors degree from appropriately accredited institution in a discipline related to the area of assignment with three years of programmatic experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
