Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support requirements gathering solution design and delivery within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document user functional and technical requirements
- Create and manage test data within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align on business priorities and roadmap
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support solution validation testing and implementation activities
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis of business processes and system capabilities
Qualifications:
- 2 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and/or IT service management processes
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional collaborative environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- GxP validation experience
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
