Job Title: Business Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Business Analyst you will support application development and enhancement initiatives by leading requirements gathering documentation and testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined accurately documented and effectively translated into solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project initiation activities to identify objectives scope and key issues.
• Elicit analyze and document requirements for new applications and enhancements.
• Produce SDLC compliant requirements documentation within established timelines.
• Ensure requirements are clear complete and aligned with organizational standards.
• Participate in design discussions and Agile ceremonies to represent business needs.
• Develop and execute system test plans and validate application functionality.
• Perform manual testing on web applications and document test results.
• Identify and document defects with sufficient detail for resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by developing scripts and coordinating execution.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Extensive experience in business and systems analysis within SDLC and Agile environments.
• Strong experience eliciting and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Proven experience supporting application development implementation and process improvement.
• Experience developing and documenting business processes and workflows.
• Hands on experience performing manual testing of web applications.
• Ability to write and execute test plans and test scripts effectively.
• Experience facilitating meetings and documenting project decisions.
• Strong ability to identify document and track application defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity application environments and requirements tools preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
