Job Summary
Do you love working in customer service We are seeking an energetic individual to join our unique and fast-paced Service team here at Lou Fusz Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram in OFallon Missouri. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role you will be the link between our customers and the service manager. You will assist the customer with scheduling service appointments and followup with our customers to ensure communication of their service vehicle status.

Responsibilities
- Communication with the customer to ensure the customer isprovided excellent customer service
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service
- Provide customers with initial resource to schedule appointments
- Additional duties to assist and grow the service department
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Team player
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic positive personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
