We are currently seeking a Bilingual Service BDC Representative to support our high-volume service department by assisting customers scheduling appointments and creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction. The ideal candidate is professional organized customer-focused and fluent in both English and Spanish.

As a Bilingual Service BDC Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications responding to internet inquiries scheduling service appointments and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly professionally and courteously to all customer inquiries via phone email text and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments declined services and service reminders
- Utilize scripts CRM tools and dealership workflows to ensure consistent customer service standards
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer information into CRM software
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound communication to maximize appointment retention and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth appointment flow and customer experience
- Compile reports forms and other documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior in all customer interactions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bob Loquercio Auto Group brand
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous BDC call center customer service or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable organized and self-motivated
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
