Part Time Campus Activities Board Assistant

Job Summary
To be eligible for this position applicants must be current Ivy Tech students.
This position requires a commitment of approximately 8 hours per week.
Hourly Rate: $15.00
General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Campus Activities Board (CAB) Assistant serves as a student leader with the campuss programming efforts. Assist Office of Student Life with coordination and implementation of Campus Activities Board events and activities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Represent the student bodys voice when selecting future events/activities.
- Assist with event logistics (setup tear down attendance tracking assisting performers etc.) at Campus Activities Board events/activities.
- Create fliers and other promotional materials for events/activities.
- Distribute event promotional materials on campus.
- Assist the Office of Student Life with post event assessment through providing feedback compiling survey data etc.
- Attend CAB sponsored events and activities.
- Attend and actively participate in CAB/Student Life event planning meetings.
- Actively encourage students to participate and/or get involved on campus.
- Act as the Bee Mascot when needed.
