Sr HSE Engineer

Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organizations mission ensuring a culture of safety health and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health safety and environmental regulations permits and certifications.
• Develop and implement proactive safety measures training and policies to prevent accidents injuries and occupational illnesses in the workplace.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards providing engineering solutions and preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents including accidents and environmental emergencies.
• Promote environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and minimizing the environmental impact of the organizations operations.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards in HSE engineering conducting regular inspections and performance assessments.

YOU MUST HAVE

3-5 years of experience in Health Safety and Environmental compliance
In-depth knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations and best practices
Proficiency in HSE Management Systems
Excellent communication problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
