If so Carlson Construction Group is ready to welcome a Site Administrator to one of our newest project sites launching in North Vancouver. Were looking for a selfstartersomeone whos excited to step onto a brandnew project get things running from day one set up all site processes and procedures and be a key support for the project team as the work ramps up.

This onsite role puts you right in the middle of the momentum. Your organizational skills communication savvy and ability to stay cool under pressure will help power one of our most exciting highprofile marine and foundation construction projects.

What Youll Be Doing

As our next Site Administrator youll be the navigator helping the project team chart a smooth course from start to finish. Since this is a brandnew project youll play a major role in establishing how the site operates.

Your daytoday responsibilities may include:

  • Mastering the flow of all site-related administrative taskssetting the foundation for smooth operations.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodations so team members and visitors arrive ready to hit the ground running.
  • Managing daily timesheets with accuracy and confidenceensuring everything aligns with CBA requirements and project timelines.
  • Organizing camp accommodations and ensuring seamless checkins and checkouts for rotating crews.
  • Arranging travel logistics and ground transportation to keep everyone moving efficiently.
  • Maintaining document control systems and compiling essential project reports that keep the team informed.
  • Partnering closely with our HR Manager on key HRrelated tasks and supporting the broader project team.
  • Jumping in adapting and supporting wherever youre needed in a dynamic fastpaced site environment.

Who You Are

Youre someone who makes things happen. People rely on you because youre organized proactive and always ahead of schedule. Youre confident handling high volumes of information remain calm under pressure and communicate clearlyespecially in a field environment.

You also bring:

  • 3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Experience with Acumatica (an asset)
  • Strong database knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Willingness to support HR functions as needed
