Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes systems and data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and other tools to track key performance indicators
- Manage project timelines resources and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $85000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $110000 per year
- Currency: USD
