Core Responsibilities
1. Oversees process implementation for lending operations to ensure global consistency. Consults and advises key stakeholders acts as subject matter and technical expert identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.
2. Proactively identifies and mitigates external events and regulatory changes that impact team. Oversees various control standards to ensure compliance.
3. Drives process improvements identifies opportunities to improve accuracy of forecast reports. Proactively anticipates portfolio events and leads process enhancement initiatives. Performs root cause analysis and applies findings to global process improvement efforts.
4. Collaborates with internal and external partners to support global operations. Leverages strong industry knowledge to support relationship management
5. Assists the global process owner in the creation of workflow procedures and maintains comprehensive documentation of current policies and procedures.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
CFA or other financial designation preferred.
