Executive Manager Product & Proposition Development

How will I help

As Executive Manager Product & Proposition Development you will support the Service Owner by helping shape and deliver the strategic direction of the mortgage portfolio. You will lead the design and endtoend delivery of mortgage propositions ensuring customer needs are met while delivering sustainable growth and strong commercial outcomes.

You will provide leadership across the product lifecycle mentoring team members leaders enabling teams and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across risk legal compliance technology data and operations. Through strong governance datadriven decision making and disciplined risk management you will help ensure products are well governed customerfocused and continuously evolving.

What do I need

You will bring significant experience in product management within financial services ideally mortgages with a strong understanding of governance compliance and risk. You are comfortable navigating regulatory complexity while still driving innovation and commercial results. You have experience delivering largescale complex projects and are comfortable working through ambiguity setting direction and progressing outcomes with a high degree of autonomy.

You are a confident delivery lead with a collaborative style strong stakeholder influence and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You use data to inform decisions communicate clearly at senior levels and bring sound judgement integrity and a pragmatic handson approach to your work.
