for managing and leading a team of Operations and
Area Managers coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center (FC).
creation of quality initiatives process change initiatives and
other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the fulfillment center to meet and exceed business plan.
for the overall safety quality and performance and
customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations
and Area Managers. Measures performance provides feedback and holds Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the
performance of their departments.
the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and
nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement
plans for the functional area.
proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments shifts and among the distribution networks.
closely with support staff (HR Finance Facilities Safety IT
and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
and lead operations and salaried workforce/team of area
managers to correct quality defects and effect process efficiencies to improve customer experience for Global Supply Chain Fulfillment/Distribution operations.
deep-dive analysis of complex data collected from the
processes of the operations such as how orders are taken and
processed to the items available for selection and how these items
are shipped and reach the customer and continually innovate and
optimize the processes for cost reduction and operation efficiency
(40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $ 135000/year to $ 182700/year)

Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration
Engineering Operations Supply Chain Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related the
alternative employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent
degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Supply Chain
Management or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively
responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related
occupation.
Experience must include:
1 year of experience with performance metrics process improvement and Lean techniques.
1 year of experience in cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.
1 year of experience in management experience (Salaried workforce or program management) in a global supply chain manufacturing production/procurement distribution logistics or related environment/operations
The pay range for this position in Rochester New York is $ 135000/year to $ 182700/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
