Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Evaluate plan and deliver individualized therapy programs.
Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
Experience in rehab long-term or acute care is a plus new grads welcome!
