Onboarding:Help prepare welcome kits set up new hire orientations and ensure all Day 1 documentation is completed smoothly.
Work with various teams in assisting new hires on laptops completing Work day tasks Scheduling HR orientations
HRIS & Documentation:Maintain digital employee records Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.
Employee Engagement:Support the planning and execution of team-building events town halls and internal newsletters.
Special Projects:Assistwith on-going HR projects in the country
Current Student:Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (youll be talking to a lot of people!).
Discretion:Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
Tech Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend) and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
The Vibe:A proactive no task is too small attitude and a genuine interest in making the workplace better.
