Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China NSR team based in Shenzhen. The objective of Seller Consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazons suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazons global marketplace including EU 5 countries you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blocker to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.
Your superior communication organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities include:
Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products value proposition.
Identify recruit cross launch and support sellers of various types to execute on solid growth plans.
Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazons partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 3 years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
