This position requires completion of the Cultivate Initiatives Intern Program.


Accountability:

  • Accountable to the Property Stewardship Program Manager and Beautification Lead (while offsite)

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Full-time non-exempt position starting at $20 hourly
  • 100% employer-paid medical vision and dental premiums
  • Eleven paid holidays vacation and sick time
  • 401k with a 3% employer match



Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide community beautification services such as graffiti removal waste removal and other services as requested
  • Maintain safety of self team and surroundings while providing services
  • Represent Cultivate Initiatives to various partners and community members
  • Participate in meetings and trainings
  • May participate in special projects and activities
  • May perform other duties as requested by supervisor



Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels from quiet offices to louder industrial settings.
  • Work requires the ability to perform manual labor requiring the full range of body movement.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Being physically present in the CI offices from 8:30am 4:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or religious exemption
