SALES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Construction Consultant to join our growing this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients guiding them through their construction projects from initial consultation to signed contract. You will work closely with our estimating team to deliver accurate compelling proposals that win business and build lasting client relationships. This is a foundational role within our sales organization with a clear path toward business development leadership as the company scales. OBJECTIVES

  • Conduct in-home client consultations to understand project scope goals and expectations.
  • Gather and document all necessary project information to support the estimating team in producing accurate proposals.
  • Present estimates to clients professionally and confidently close sales.
  • Manage and follow up on all active leads in a timely and organized manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Proactively network and develop your own leads through community and industry connections.
  • Collaborate with internal project coordinators to ensure a seamless client handoff after the sale.
  • Represent the companys values and brand at all client touchpoints and networking events.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals that contribute to the companys annual revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and contribute to building out a scalable sales program.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction trends materials and pricing to provide informed recommendations.
  • Coordinate and network with existing partner companies to strengthen referral pipelines.

  • Approaches the role with an ownership mentality and the desire to grow into a broader business development capacity.
  • Consistently represents the company with integrity punctuality and a polished demeanor.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 4 years of experience in the construction industry (residential or commercial)
  • 4 years of sales experience preferably in a consultative or in-home sales environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling both wholesale and retail construction projects
  • Familiarity with estimating processes and construction project coordination

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Pay: $25/hour
  • Commission: 25% depending on project type (OTE $140000$150000)
  • Benefits: Dental 401(k) with 3% employer match
  • Equipment Provided: Laptop phone necessary software and gas reimbursement
  • Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM Fully On-Site
