Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a Customer Care Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle incoming calls emails and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding our services and properties
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments property showings and other requests
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times ensuring a pleasant experience for our clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in company policies to better serve our clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
