Job Summary
**Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for someone whos excited to learn experiment and grow. Youll work closely with our Design and creative team to bring bold memorable visuals to life across digital and print platforms. If youre passionate about design and beauty - especially the kind that breaks the mould - and youre constantly inspired by new-age aesthetics digital culture and whats next in beauty in India youll fit right in. Were not here to play safe - and neither should you be. We love designers who question the status quo think visually and always want to create work that challenges old-school beauty standards.
Tasks
What youll do:
- Bring visual ideas to life - for newsletters packaging layouts website social media and advertisements across platforms
- Assist in creating brand campaign and social content across digital and print
- Support with ad design innovation experimenting with fresh formats and styles
- Help with video editing motion graphics and animated content
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to turn briefs into compelling assets
Requirements
What were looking for:
Must haves:
- 0-1 year of experience in graphic design or related creative fields a design-related degree or relevant training/experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects)
- A strong portfolio showing a clear design sensibility and an eye for typography layout and color
- Passion for beauty and design and a strong interest in how visual storytelling can reshape culture
- Curiosity for new-age design internet aesthetics and emerging creative trends
Skills across graphic design video editing illustration animation and UI/UX
A self-starter mindset - you take initiative stay curious and love to learn
Great to have:
- Youve dabbled in 3D experimental animation or interface design (Figma is a plus)
- You think deeply about visual culture beauty in India and how design can challenge norms
