How will I help
Youll help drive mortgage customer acquisition and retention by owning the optimisation and delivery of Banker Leadsensuring our lead activity is targeted effective and consistently improving. Working within the Growth Squad youll translate growth priorities into practical initiatives and campaigns that lift lead outcomes and support stronger customer growth across the mortgage portfolio.
In this role youll lead delivery endtoend with autonomy partnering across multiple business units to get outcomes delivered. Youll use analysis prioritisation and research to shape what gets built and improved track performance against objectives and key results and provide reporting that supports service ownership and leadership decisionswhile ensuring risk compliance data and collateral requirements are met throughout delivery.
What do I need
Youll bring product management experience and ideally handson experience in leads managementwith a proven ability to improve lead performance through disciplined optimisation effective prioritisation and dataled decision making. Youre comfortable working across crossfunctional teams to deliver change and you can communicate clearly and influence stakeholders to drive the right outcomes.
Youll also bring strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence decisionmakers so key growth productivity and risk metrics are achieved. You understand the expectations of working in a regulated environment and can balance pace with governanceensuring campaigns and changes are delivered safely compliantly and with strong attention to data and customer outcomes.
