Job Summary

- Identify and remove impediments / bottlenecks in the SDLC

- Able to identify recruit and train the next generation of software engineers and testers
- 10 years in multi-disciplined software application development multi app / multi-platform
- Experience in managing global and geographically dispersed outsourced resources
- Experience in managing delivery of highly transactional platforms that are available 24/7
- Experience in running teams of this scale composed of insourced and outsourced resources
- Working knowledge of Smartphone App Development IOS Android Kotlin Flutter
- Have a good level of knowledge / experience of Agile software development and support best practices: TDD Pair Programming etc.
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines using e.g. Jenkins tools built into GitLab
