Job Summary

Job Title: Travel and Expense Analyst

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Duties:-

Performing T&E audits for a global process on industry-leading applications. (Sound knowledge working with Concur Appzen preferred)
Process global corporate card applications Monitor delinquencies terminations etc.
Maintain documentation of tasks.
Develop subject matter expertise on the line of business applications and operations to resolve operational requests effectively
Provide data and analytics to the team for measuring performance metrics
SME for T&E including support issue resolution
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues
Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA.
Work in a competitive environment meet the KPIs
Ensure optimal internal customer satisfaction
Exercises independent judgment and multi-task oriented while executing tasks.
All other tasks/responsibilities as required for the job Basic qualifications & preferred skills:
Experience in Operational Excellence Compliance Internal Audit Operational Risk etc.
Good hands on experience on MS-Excel
Attention to details is must
Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification problem analysis and recommendations).
Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams.
Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action.
Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and multiple demands.

Experience in Operational Excellence Compliance Internal Audit Operational Risk etc.
Good hands on experience on MS-Excel
Attention to details is must
