Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Biomedical Equipment Technician based in Vancouver WA. The role includes the maintenance repair calibration and testing of biomedical equipment ensuring it operates safely and efficiently. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring equipment compliance with electrical safety standards and providing technical support to address any operational issues. This role contributes to the proper functioning and reliability of vital medical and laboratory tools.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Equipment Repair.
Knowledge of Calibration procedures and techniques to ensure accurate equipment performance.
Understanding of Electrical Safety protocols and practices.
Experience working with a variety of Medical Equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site environment.
Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or a related field is preferred.
Certification such as CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) is a plus
