HOME CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Compensation:
$20$25 per hour depending on reliability quality of work and performance

Schedule:
Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities available
Most shifts are scheduled on weekdays

Service Area:
Jobs are located throughout San Diego County. Reliable transportation between appointments is required.

What Youll Be Doing:
Cleaning residential homes and apartments
Performing move-in and move-out cleanings
Completing Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers
Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Dusting vacuuming mopping and detailed cleaning tasks
Following company procedures and cleaning checklists
Working independently or alongside a small team

What Were Looking For:
Dependable and consistently on time
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods
Able to work in both occupied and vacant properties
Positive attitude and willingness to improve
Able to follow instructions carefully
Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary were happy to train motivated individuals

Basic Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Legally authorized to work in the United States
