Pay: $90000 - 95000/year Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Were seeking an experienced and results driven Process Engineer to join a stable and well established leader in all plastic paint container this role you will drive process improvements optimize extrusion and molding operations and ensure efficiency quality and safety across all production lines

Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for extrusion molding and palletizing operations.
Develop and implement process control strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with production quality and R&D teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues providing technical solutions to maintain consistent output.
Document processes create SOPs and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to enhance productivity and reduce variability.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in plastics manufacturing (extrusion molding or related processes).
Strong knowledge of polymer processing and resin behavior (HDPE PP).
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and statistical process control.
Excellent problem solving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross functionally in a fast paced environment.
