Job Summary
Location: Clifton TX
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Senior Living Campus
Shift: TBA but must be flexible
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Contract and per diem options available
Pay Options:
- $38/hour (all taxable)
OR - Travel Package: $15/hour taxable $1000/week non-taxable stipend
(Must reside 50 miles from facility for travel package)
Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and chart accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
- Support care plans and physician orders
- Provide direct patient care
Requirements
- Active TX LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Updated Resume - must have 6 months of long-term care experience
- 2 current supervisor references
- Physical (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
- Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
