Job Summary:
- Serve as the techno-functional architect for Workday HCM and integrations bridging HR business needs and technical teams
- Lead the design and configuration of Workday modules: Core HCM Compensation Benefits Absence Recruiting
Talent and Payroll
- Translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions and configurations
- Conduct impact assessments for system releases enhancements and compliance updates
- Establish and manage governance frameworks for access role management and audit readiness
- Adhere to SDLC best practices for Workday system enhancements and projects
- Design develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors Web Services (REST/SOAP) BIRT and XML/XSLT
- Oversee the full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering mapping build testing deployment and support
- Troubleshoot and optimize Workday integrations and oversee vendor integrations (e.g. payroll benefits ServiceNow)
- Implement secure integration protocols including SFTP OAuth certificates and API security
- Lead cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Translate business requirements documents (BRDs) into technical documentation and user stories
- Provide executive-level updates on project roadmap risks and integration performance
- Mentor and guide junior analysts developers and configurators
- Drive release management and coordinate regression testing activities
- Maintain comprehensive project and systems documentation and process guides
- Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Workday HCM configuration and/or security
- 5 years experience in Workday integrations (Studio EIB APIs) preferred
