Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Platform Manager Social Programming to lead and manage content strategy and programming across our social media platforms.

This role is pivotal in shaping the voice tone and engagement strategies across channels such as Instagram TikTok YouTube X Twitter Facebook and emerging platforms

The ideal candidate understands social media trends audience behavior and platform best practices to drive growth and engagement

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute platform specific content programming strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing goals
Manage the social content calendar ensuring consistent publishing cadence and alignment with campaign priorities
Collaborate with creative editorial and marketing teams to plan and produce engaging content tailored to each platform
Analyze performance metrics and user engagement across platforms to optimize content and programming strategies
Stay current with platform updates algorithm changes and industry trends to inform strategy
Work with influencers brand ambassadors and community managers to enhance reach and community interaction
Ensure brand voice consistency across all social platforms
Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid social efforts
Manage platform specific experiments and AB tests to refine approaches
Oversee a small team of social media specialists or external agency partners if applicable
