Staff Application Operations Engineer will join the DT Finance DevOps team and will be responsible for leading ERP & Simplification projects in Finance area as well asto supportOperations activities ensuring day-to-day reliability and performance of Finance systems ... will interact directly with Finance team globally distributed to facilitate issue resolution and close-the-books activities.
As a Staff Application OperationsEngineer you will be responsible for:
Demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals programs and priorities to the teams among the others major responsibilities are:
Supporting users during their day-to-day .
Leading/supporting ERP and Simplification projects. Perform project management of all tasks and resources estimating and tracking progress against individual plan and monitoring progress.
Leading the analysis requirement development design documentation implementation and maintenance of large/complex Finance and Global ERP programs.
Taking ownership andberesponsible forstatutory governance initiatives including SOX Security risk mitigation initiatives and Internal Security Standards
Planning andcoordinatingactivities andprovideperiodic updates
Participating in process design and information discovery efforts

To be successful in this role you will:
Be a Graduate in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math).A minimum 6yearsofprofessionalexperience.
Have Previous experience in the management of cross-functional operations / initiatives and tough stakeholders
Have full demonstrated expertise on Oracle R12 Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable (knowledge onBilling Contract Order Management is a plus) Fixed Assets Subledger Accountingboth technically and functionally expertise on how data migration strategy are managed in complex projects as well as integration building and maintenance with external shared services tools
Experience in the management of cross-functional operations / initiatives and tough stakeholders
Have Global mindset ability to manage and collaborate across a broad and diverse set of customers and stakeholders
Be able to quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts; define alternatives and prioritizations to remove roadblocks
