Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contract and Tendering Director to lead a building construction project in the dynamic Philippine construction market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive high-rise construction project
- Coordinate international and local project teams
- Ensure compliance with Philippine building codes and international standards
- Implement advanced construction methodologies
- Oversee budget timeline and quality control
- Manage risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-cultural team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Professional Background
- Masters degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10 years international project management experience
- Proven track record in high-rise building projects
- PMP Certification
- International construction management credentials
Technical Skills
- Advanced project management software
- BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Risk management tools
- Primavera P6
- AutoCAD
