What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
Provide clinical consultation for all DCF staff
Maintain direct caseload as determined by the Department
Supervise mentor and evaluate program staff
Partnership and collaboration with Area DCF Administration and Regional Resource Center staff in all requested meetings and initiatives
Complete individualized family culture discoveries strength-based assessments and safety plans
Maintain policies and procedures for safety and well-being that are consistent with the standards of the Department
Provide clinical consultation for all DCF staff

Masters degree in Human Service field
Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LICSW LMHC LMFT LADCI) preferred but not required.
Demonstrated participation in multidisciplinary teams and/or collaborative systems
Demonstrated prior experience of working with and understanding the vision mission and values of DCF
Knowledge of and the ability to assess: child and adolescent treatment family systems dynamics and treatment strength-based/solution focused methodologies behavioral interventions substance abuse and domestic violence treatment crisis management to include crisis prevention planning and direct intervention
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in child and family treatment (assessment treatment planning outcome measurement with systemic behavioral and developmental focus)
Demonstrated competencies in the area of family systems substance use disorders and domestic violence
Broad-based knowledge of collaborative partnerships
Systems orientation with a proven ability to think and act under the guiding principles of family centered practice
Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate others and manage conflict
Capacity to work within the larger South Shore Area
Valid MA drivers license acceptable driving record reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Acceptable background record check as required by program
